Welcome To Department Of Labour And Employment

The main objective of the Employment Exchange is to give work possibilities to the state’s jobless inhabitants. Citizens will become self-sufficient and empowered as a result of it. An Employment Exchange provides employment assistance to job seekers. Employed persons looking for more suitable jobs can also register with the Employment Exchanges to avail better job. Under this initiative, various skill development and career counselling workshops will be offered to assist jobless persons in finding work. Candidates registered with an Employment Exchange are sponsored to employers for recruitment to vacancies published.
